This is a guided meditation and participatory breathing exercise led by
Dr. John Roger who assists in releasing blocks in the body caused by holding
the energy of stress and suppressed feelings. It is something that may seem strange on the first time attempting it but in my experience, it is profoundly helpful in clearing and aligning the "chi" and energy of the body and creating grater balance. Blockages in the flow of "chi" or "life force energy" creates pain and illness. I highly recommend this beautiful meditation to assist in freeing up these blockages and promoting greater health.
